Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the websites located at intouch.video and intouchvideo.com (“Website”), or any associated services operated by Mission Marketing Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility & Service Availability

We currently provide Services exclusively to RE/MAX Professionals agents located in Colorado. Access to or use of our Services outside of this scope is not permitted without written approval.

  1. Description of Services & Subscription Model

Intouch.video offers subscription-based video production services exclusively to RE/MAX Professionals agents in Colorado. Subscription options currently include:

Premier Plan — 12 Sessions

  • Up to 12 individual video sessions
  • Usable over a 14-month period from purchase date

Core Plan — 6 Sessions

  • Up to 6 individual video sessions
  • Usable over a 7-month period from purchase date

On-Demand Session (A La Carte)

  • One session scheduled in the current month
  • Subject to booking availability

Subscription Rules

  • Unused sessions do not roll over after the subscription period ends
  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • Scheduling is based on availability and may vary by office location
  • Payment must be completed prior to booking sessions
  • Subscriptions are assigned to one agent and are not transferable

Scheduling and Expiration

Sessions must be completed within the timeframe listed for each plan

If a subscription expires, all remaining unused sessions are forfeited

Expiration dates are provided at the time of purchase

Expiration Reminders

We will provide automated reminder emails before your subscription expires.
Notifications may occur at the following intervals (subject to change):

  • 60 days before expiration
  • 30 days before expiration
  • 15 days before expiration

It remains the subscriber’s responsibility to schedule sessions prior to expiration.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of unused sessions.

No Distribution or Publishing Included

We provide filming and editing services only. We do not:

  • Manage listings (MLS)
  • Upload or distribute content online
  • Guarantee marketing performance or outcomes

3. Accounts & Accuracy of Information

Users may be required to create accounts or provide personal information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain security of your login credentials
  • Notify us of unauthorized account use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Website materials, branding, and provided content remain the property of Mission Marketing Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

When you provide content (e.g., appearing in videos), you grant us:

  • A non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to create, edit, deliver, and temporarily store your content for the purpose of performing contracted services.
  • We do not publish or distribute your video content without your express approval.

5. Client Representations

You confirm that:

  • You have the rights to film all property and individuals included in your project
  • Necessary permissions (e.g., homeowner approval) are obtained by you

6. Payments & Fees

Full payment is due when subscribing or scheduling using the order form.

Refunds

Because subscriptions reserve production capacity over extended periods:

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once the first session is booked
  • Refunds requested before any session is booked may be considered at our discretion, minus administrative fees
  • A La Carte sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

7. Reshoots, Cancellations & Delays

See Cancellation & Reshoot Policy section (included below).

Cancellation & Reshoot Policy

Cancellations

24+ hours prior: no fee or penalty — session remains available for rescheduling within the subscription window

Within 24 hours of scheduled time:
→ Session may be counted as used at our discretion

Day-of cancellations or no-shows
→ Session is considered used and deducted from subscription

Rescheduling

No charge if:

Weather prevents proper filming

Access is blocked due to safety or emergency

We request rescheduling due to production constraints

Otherwise:

Reschedules are based on availability and must occur within the subscription period

Reshoots:

Our error → free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to:

The amount paid by you for the project, or

$100 if no purchase has been made

We are not liable for:

Loss of profits, business, or reputation

Scheduling delays due to weather or access issues

Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you

9. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Interfere with Website systems or security

Use the Website for unlawful purposes

Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Website

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service immediately for:

Breach of these Terms

Fraud, abuse, or misuse of services

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cancellation & Reshoot Policy

Effective Date: 10/23/2025

To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all clients:

Cancellations

Cancellation if made within 24 hours after subscription Service is 100% minus transaction fee of $15

Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 50% fee

Weather & Access Issues

We will reschedule at no cost for dangerous or obstructive weather

Access not granted upon arrival may be treated as a day-of cancellation

Reshoots

Reshoots due to:

Company error → No cost

Client-requested changes (script, staging, talent availability, etc.)
→ subject to additional fees

Delivery

Revisions outside the original project scope may incur added charges, which will be communicated and approved in advance.
